Every Nourish Vibes product is lovingly handmade in small batches, never mass-produced in a factory or rushed out in bulk. Each batch is prepared with real attention to ingredients, texture, scent, and quality. 

Because everything is handmade, you might notice small, natural variations in colour or appearance from jar to jar, that's not a flaw, it's simply part of what makes each one unique.

Yes, every Nourish Vibes product is vegan and made with halal-conscious ingredients and practices throughout.

Each product stays fresh for up to 2 years from its manufacturing date if stored properly. 

Always. We believe beauty should never come at the expense of animals, so every product is cruelty-free, and we never test our finished products on animals.

We don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" ingredient. Because your skin has different needs from head to toe, every single product we make features its own unique hero ingredient tailored to a specific purpose. 

For example, we use deeply nourishing Shea Butter in our whipped body butters to lock in moisture, finely textured Granulated Sugar in our body scrubs to gently polish away dry skin, and ultra-hydrating Botanical Oils in our lip glosses. 

You can find the exact hero ingredients and their specific benefits listed clearly on every individual product page! 

Apply a small amount to damp skin and massage in gentle, circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with water and pat your skin dry. 

For best results, use 2–3 times a week as part of your regular self-care routine. 

Tip: scoop with clean, dry hands or a spoon to keep water out of the jar. 💛 

Body Scrubs: When scooping out product, use clean, dry hands or a dry spoon. This keeps water and contamination out of the jar, so it stays fresh for longer. 

Whipped Butters: Keep them away from radiators, windows, and steam. High heat and humidity may cause water droplets inside the lid, in which case just dry and its still safe to use.  

Lip Glosses and Lip Stains: Extreme temperature changes can ruin the texture and cause oil separation. Store them upright to prevent leaking. 

If you ever notice an unusual change in smell, color, or texture, on your product that you newly received, please discontinue use right away and reach out to us, we're happy to help

Due to the freshly handcrafted nature of our products and strict personal care hygiene standards, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has dispatched.

We freshly handcraft every order within 7 days. Once dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partners. While we cannot control unexpected courier delays (such as weather or peak holiday seasons), if your package encounters any delivery issues, please reach out to us and we will gladly help you track and follow up!
